l Engineering Plastics
Most engineering plastics are standard products with specific dimensions/ semi-finished products. The company manufactures standard engineering plastics in a wide range, such as sheets, rods, cubes, pipes, and flat bars. The material includes Polyamide (Nylon), Polyethylene (PE), Polyacetal (POM) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
l Machinery
The machinery division focuses on Metallurgical equipment producing sinter proportioning control system, sintering distributing system, sealing system of sintering machine, quick lime coordination and digestion system, dust discharge system, and grate-kiln system at pelletizing.

Hebei Tongye Group is an expert to provide solutions for wear resistances. We manufacture a broad range of products that strongly protect machines, which consequently extend the using life, reduce repairing costs, and saving energy.

In order to give the best wear resistant solution we analyze the partner`s environment of using. For instant, the mixer needs liners protection for achieving a longer using life. Therefore, not only a smooth surface is needed, so that the materials not stick, but also a proper material mix has to be provided. There are four products series in that division, nylon, polyethylene, rubber, ceramics and cast stone series. Products includes liners, carrier rollers, pipes, bearings, bearing shell, die block, universal joint bearing, gears, atomized water nozzle, ceramic rubber composite liner and many more.
